Strasser Become The Winner Of 2018 World Series Of Poker Circuit Choctaw Main Event

He Returned To Top Field of 1,249 Entries and claimed the prize amount of $332,539.

Jason Strasser was the poker pro who does not require any introduction in the early 2000’s. He was at the top of his game during those day dominating both online and live winning millions in the process. But, to the surprise of many, the legendary player left poker in the year 2007 to take up a job on the Wall Street, and then he started his own hedge fund. He is not completely cut off from the game. He still plays some poker tournaments occasionally, and in a recently held tournament he proved that he still has the skill and strength what it make him to win, beating  the massive field of 1,249 entries to win the main event title of the 2018 World Series of Poker Circuit Choctaw $1,675 no-limit Hold’em. After winning this event he won the prize amount of $332,539 and along with his second WSOPC gold ring.

After registering his win in the event he said, “It is great. I mean, seriously, these days I don’t play much poker and the final table, the way it played out was amazing, for a long time we were three-handed and it was really a big fun, because it wasn’t 20 big blind push/shove. Instead, it was real and actual poker.”

“I enjoyed my opponents thoroughly and getting into the flow of it. I had a great time.”

It seems that Strasser kept up with his poker game even at the present time by watching training videos every so often during his spare time, this is the habit he picked up after feeling a bit corroded when he used play the WSOP main event a few years ago.
